Warranty Coverage
All products purchased from Luxttyer are covered by a limited 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects.
This warranty applies only to defects that affect the normal functionality or quality of the product under standard use.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Accidental damage
- Improper use or misuse
- Unauthorised modifications
- Damage caused by water, chemicals, or extreme temperatures unless specifically stated otherwise
Filing a Warranty Claim
Customers must contact support within 7 days of discovering the defect.
Please provide:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photos or videos showing the defect
Additional information may be requested during the review process.
Claim Review
Our team will review all warranty claims individually.
If approved, Luxttyer may offer:
- Product replacement
- Store credit
- Partial refund
- Full refund
The final resolution will be determined based on the nature of the claim.
Shipping Costs
If a warranty claim is approved due to a manufacturing defect, Luxttyer will cover replacement shipping costs where applicable.
Limitation
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
